INDIA:

HOCHE PARIS provides complimentary shipping on all orders within India, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. We collaborate with trusted delivery partners to ensure your orders are handled with care and delivered efficiently. 

Important: Customers are encouraged to inspect the product upon delivery and report any dissatisfaction to our customer support via email support@hocheparis.in

Shipping Timeline:

Our processing time is within 24 hours of order placement. Kindly note, orders are not processed on Sundays or National Holidays.

Delivery Timeline:

Delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery location. For Tier 1 cities, orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days, while deliveries to other locations may take 3-8 business days.

International Shipping:

Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping for all international orders above $100. A fee of $20 will be levied for orders below $100.

Express delivery charges- $20 per product

Delivery Timelines
Standard international delivery takes approximately 8-13 business days.
Express delivery usually takes 5-8 business days to deliver.
While we ship worldwide, some regions may be restricted due to logistical constraints.

Duties & Taxes
Please note that custom duties and taxes are not included in your order total at checkout. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Tracking Packages:
You can track your package using the tracking or delivery number provided in your shipment confirmation email. If the email is not visible in your inbox, please check your spam folder. In some cases, tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to appear online.

Orders can also be tracked via the “Track Order” page on our website, where you will need to enter your order number.

Non-Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your order. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. To avoid delays, please ensure you provide an accurate and reachable phone/mobile number during checkout.

Proof of Delivery:
In certain locations or for high-value orders, our delivery partner may request valid ID proof at the time of delivery.
